SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to VESPARTAIN. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping methods, timeframes, and policies.

1. Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. During peak periods (such as sales or product launches), please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, especially for rural or remote areas in Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Queensland.

2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.

3. Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Care team at support@vespartain.com.au within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work swiftly with our couriers to investigate and resolve the issue for you.

4. Order Not Delivered & Damage Claims

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of being placed, or if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at support@vespartain.com.au.
 Delivery Confirmation: VESPERTAIN considers an order delivered once it has been marked as such by the courier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure and accurate shipping address.
 Inspection: Customers must inspect their order upon receipt and notify us immediately of any transit damage.
 Disputes: If the courier confirms delivery through their tracking system or a signed slip, no dispute regarding non-receipt will be accepted. VESPERTAIN cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered.
 Liability: We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details, lack of a secure delivery location, or actions outside our control (force majeure).

5. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we only support shipping to one address per order. If you wish to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Our standard delivery requires a signature. However, during checkout, you may opt for "Authority to Leave" if you have a safe place for the courier to drop your parcel.
 Liability: VESPERTAIN is not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the courier under an ATL request.

7. Change of Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; we will do our best to update it if the order has not yet reached the packing stage.
